Moving on DCI Teasdale Crime stories

The next 3 stories will be out before Christmas. The covers are chosen, thanks to friend Sam for photos, Lynda for font designing etc and VDU for publishing.
I feel very privileged that so many of you, my readers, have supported me through this great adventure, in spite of a shaky start with stories under 40 thousand words and not thinking it would sell more than 10 copies; the Trilogy has shown that there are some people out there who don't mind my very English story lines.  However I should warn those who have repeatedly said they liked all the characters, each of the next three stories focus on fewer of the old people and more time is spent away from Cranford Hall itself.
In The Jazzman Cometh a murderer kidnaps and holds the popular character of Barbara hostage for nearly 3 months. The tension tries the nerves of Teasdale more than he could ever imagine. If you remember Barbara was about to marry Peter Masterson a retired naval man!
In Nicer in Nice a conman assaults two women, in his efforts to get money from them. As one of the women is from Cranford Hall, on holiday in Nice, Teasdale cannot avoid getting involved in the manhunt for the villian.
In Cargo a complicated scan involving the importing of cars becomes another opportunity to involve residents of Cranford Hall in the search for the evil mastermind. As usual the old people show their resourcefulness and courage.

The Master of Yellowstane

This book is written by Donald Montgomery and is a historical novel written in a Scottish dialect; Don't let that put you off, I who am so completely English have managed to understand and enjoy the turn of phrase and the use of his words, some od which I have not encountered before. If you have any Scottisn ancestry you will love this tail set in the reign of Elizabeth the First.
I am given to understand that this is the first full length novel from Donald Montgomery, That he is an elderly person trying something new makes me more than willing to ask you to support him. My publishers like his work, please have a look at it on Amazon.
